Pay Your Dues Online

Pay Using First Citizens Bank's Website

With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist the Collins Place Homeowners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you pay online using CIT’s Bank payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees. 

To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:


Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group, for the next couple of months.

Association ID: CLP (Collins Place)

Property ID: Your Account number

Architectural Requests

 

Per Article IV of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Collins Place Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Collins Place Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.


To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
Please fill out the below Architectural Request Form. Once you complete the Architectural Request Form you will need to submit it to Magnolia Management Services via mail, email or fax.
